The magazine "Der Spiegel" produced a special issue to honor Chancelor Adenauer on his retirement. This notebook contains facsimiles of the contributions. The contributors are Harold Macmillan, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Alfons Gorbach, Paul-Henri Spaak, Eugen Gerstenmaier, Harry S. Truman, Anthony Eden, Lauris Norstad, Willy Brandt, Kurt Georg Kiesinger, Hanns Lilje, Friedrich Sieburg, Adlai Stevenson, Malcolm Muggeridge, Lucius D. Clay, Otto Brenner, A. J. P. Taylor, Rudolf Augstein, Pierre Koenig, Ernst Lemmer, Henry Cabot Lodge, John Barraclough, Eric Blumenfeld, Gustav Heinemann, Jean Monnet, Gunter Grass, Nahum Goldmann, Richard Nixon, Henry Luce, John Hynd, Averell Harriman, Mike Mansfield, Walter Dowling, John W. McCormack, Everett McKinley Dirksen, David K. E. Bruce, Brian Robertson, Francis Pakenham, Paul Wilhelm Wenger and Julius Klein. Green ring-binder notebook, each contribution (except that of Klein) with a description in German and a fine facsimile of the article, letter or piece, in the folder at the back are facsimiles of a letter from Adenauer, from the editors of "Der Spiegel" and a prospectus as well as a copy of the issue of "Der Spiegel" of 9 October 1963 containing the contributions.
