Rolf S�lzer (Dr.rer.soc.) ist selbst�ndiger Seniorberater f�r Entwicklungsplanung und Evaluation mit 30j�hriger Arbeitserfahrung in mehr als 25 L�ndern und in leitenden Positionen in der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit - davon 17 Jahre mit Wohnsitz in Indien, Indonesien, Nepal und Thailand.

Arthur Zimmermann (Dr.phil.) hat umfangreiche Beratungs- und Managementerfahrung in Internationalen Kooperationsprojekten in Europa und in Entwicklungsl�ndern. Er leitet heute das Beratungsnetzwerk odcp consult mit den Schwerpunkten systemische Organisations- und Kooperationsberatung, politische �konomie und Konflikttransformation, Planung und Evaluation von Kooperationsvorhaben, Politikberatung und institutionelle Reformen.
