The Absence of A Father: A Fatherless Generation is A Generation Without A Future

The pain of growing up without a father can last a lifetime. A society does not collapse solely due to war, even though that can play a role, nor is it simply the result of a lack of education, even if that contributes to instability. Ultimately, the breakdown of family structures is a significant factor in the downfall of society.

In his book “The Absence of a Father,” Dr. Ansy Dessources shares his experiences to illustrate the impact of a broken family and an absent father on both the community and a child's life. Grounded in biblical principles, Dr. Ansy clearly articulates the grief associated with fatherlessness and offers solutions to address the challenges faced by communities torn apart by absent fathers even those who may be physically present but emotionally disconnected.

Occasionally, a book comes along whose story is so compelling that it could be adapted into a movie; this is one of those books!
