Book Two in the MEMORIA Series. “Not your typical study abroad program ...” Grad students Violet and Tom return to Scotland and Wildewood Hall for a quiet weekend away until the laird, Alistair Edward Craig, upends their reality once more. Suddenly their vacation takes a dangerous turn, and the pair find themselves entangled with a string of extraordinary events threading throughout Europe. Violet and Tom travel together to Venice and Paris then on to London and further afield as they endeavor to right Craig’s wrongs on a historic scale. It’s not the Continent they’re concerned about. It’s the Universe. Praise for MEMORIA: "... a charming protagonist with a wry sense of humor ... Violet's relationship with Tom is flawlessly detailed, building on small moments ... the mystery doesn't let up ... Multiple genres come together to form a rewarding, incomparable novel." Kirkus Reviews (starred review)

Praise for ABSENTIA:

"As the novel pings back and forth ... Segrave handles the action and intrigue as deftly as she handles the dialogue, which is always sharp and sparkling. The intricate, fast-paced plot ... Segrave orchestrates it all with considerable skill and humor. Violet anchors the book: Witty, spirited, smart and adaptable, she deals with the numerous plot twists -- and villains, who are often revealed with an appealingly old-fashioned relish -- without panicking or relying on the menfolk."  Kirkus Reviews
