Compte tenu de ce qui pr�c�de, l'objectif �tait d'�valuer les causes de l'absent�isme dans les entreprises de t�l�marketing, en v�rifiant les niveaux de qualit� de vie des employ�s des centres d'appels. � cette fin, des questionnaires ont �t� distribu�s aux op�rateurs de t�l�assistance travaillant pour la soci�t� Contax/SA au mois de juin 2014. Il ressort des 5 enqu�tes r�alis�es que les employ�s se plaignent de douleurs aux poignets, aux �paules et aux bras, de maux d'oreilles et d'un stress constant caus� par les conditions de travail, qui les conduisent � quitter l'entreprise ou � s'absenter de mani�re impr�vue. Les employ�s sugg�rent que certaines mesures soient prises pour am�liorer leurs conditions de vie, telles que: une plus grande valorisation des employ�s, la reconnaissance des pauses et des besoins physiques des employ�s, des campagnes de motivation visant � obtenir des cong�s et des commissions, des exercices physiques au travail, la r�duction des pressions psychologiques pour atteindre des objectifs r�alisables.
