About the Author

Cheryl S. Smith is the author of several dog books and has worked on the Dog Writers Association of America's newsletter, served on the board of the Cat Writers' Associate, and is a longtime member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. She lives on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington with her Kelpie mix, Nestle.
