- Book 4 of 7: THE ABUNDANCE TRILOGY Reclaiming Human Dignity in an Age of Scarcity
The letters have been written. The record is placed. The question is whether the people who can act on it will do so before the window closes.
The Abundance Dispatch: Letters to Power is a series of clinical briefings delivered as direct correspondence to the specific people whose choices will determine the next decade: heads of state, power-concentrating oligarchs, the architects of international institutions, corporate principals, the engineers building artificial intelligence, and the keepers of the political and financial cycles whose interests depend on scarcity continuing.
Each letter makes the same argument in the language of its recipient. Not a moral appeal. A strategic one. The scarcity orientation — the framework that treats security, prosperity, and dignity as zero-sum, that sees every gain by another as a threat, that responds with accumulation, defense, and prevention — is not just wrong. It is self-defeating by the metrics its practitioners use to measure success.
The evidence is documented across twelve case studies: the Marshall Plan versus Versailles. Mandela versus civil war. Ashoka after Kalinga. Haiti and the extractive debt that cost between twenty-one and one hundred fifteen billion dollars in today's values — imposed at gunpoint in 1825, refinanced through American banks, and never corrected. Ukraine and the reconstruction framework that could end the war the current approach is prolonging. The Pentagon-Anthropic confrontation of February 2026 that showed, in live time, what the scarcity and abundance approaches to AI governance actually look like.
The book is also grounded in what the trilogy's framework reveals at its developmental root: the scarcity orientation begins not as a strategic calculation but as a feeling — specifically, the felt experience of insecure attachment in infancy, the nervous system learning that resources including love cannot be counted on. Research documents a 15 percent decline in secure attachment and a 56 percent spike in dismissive-avoidant attachment among American college students between 1988 and 2011. Up to 65 percent of Gen Z now carries insecure attachment styles. The same technology sector building the next generation of AI systems has measurably worsened the conditions that produce secure attachment. The design choice between AI that amplifies human voice and AI that manufactures dependency is being made now.
The Dispatch is operational where the trilogy was analytical. It addresses world leaders on the strategic case against scarcity. It addresses power concentrators on how concentration devours itself. It proposes a framework for a renewed UN Charter. It maps what abundance thinking looks like across ten specific policy domains. It speaks to the keepers of the cycle — the dynasties and institutions whose wealth depends on extraction continuing — about what the historical record shows happens next. And it speaks directly to the engineers and builders, whose daily design choices are constructing the world someone else will inherit.
The letters will not all reach their intended recipients. They are placed on record for whoever reads them when the choices described here have already been made — as prophecy confirmed, or as tragedy documented.
Written in March 2026, inside the window it describes, at the speed the moment required.
The Abundance Dispatch is the operational companion to The Abundance Trilogy: Abundance: Beyond Scarcity and Self-Devouring Cycles, The Twin Minds: Choosing Abundance over Scarcity, and Red Lines Rising.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book.
