Abyssal (Paperback)

Paperback. Asha and her crewmates just want to do their jobs at the bottom of the ocean: collecting and identifying new creatures for Amphitrite, the company that owns their underwater habitat. The isolated existence suits the crew and their preference to work without supervision until an unplanned visit from the company's executives sets in motion a series of events that will have catastrophic consequences for everyone on the crew. There is more to the existence of Kraken 7 than they were led to believe, and Asha is intent on uncovering what is hidden. Even as people start dying, their bodies twisting into something unrecognizable. They were supposed to be finding answers, but the abyss has other plans, and no one is safe.
