About the Author
Martin Engel studierte Kunstgeschichte, Geschichte und Philosophie an der FU Berlin. Seit 2004 ist er am Institut für Kunstgeschichte der Universität Wien als Leiter der Fotosammlung, des Digitalen Bildarchivs und diverser Originalsammlungen tätig. Seine Schwerpunkte in Forschung und Lehre liegen derzeit bei der Skulptur und Architektur des 19. und frühen 20. Jahrhunderts.
geb. 1955 in Ried im Innkreis, stv. Vorstand des Instituts für Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaft an der Universität Wien.
Geb. 1966 in Wien, Studium der Germanistik und der Theaterwissenschaft. Zunächst Musiktheaterdramaturgin u.a. an der Wiener Staatsoper und an der Oper Bonn. Ao. Univ.-Prof. am Institut für Germanistik der Universität Wien, Leiterin des Elfriede Jelinek-Forschungszentrums. Organisatorin zahlreicher interdisziplinärer Symposien. Lehraufträge an der Universität für angewandte Kunst und an der Wiener Musikuniversität. Bücher zu Peter Handke, Thomas Bernhard, Elfriede Jelinek (u.a. Werkverzeichnis Elfriede Jelinek), zum Lib-retto und zu interdisziplinären Themen (Literatur - Musik - Theater).
Hofrat Thomas Maisel ist Leiter des Archivs der Universität Wien.
