Permanent Solutions to Permanent Problems

The universal, pervasive, and persistent problem of adult reentry after incarceration concerns communities throughout the country. The approach involves a collaborative matrix and a method of Capacity Building from the bottom up. Actions are organized around the program’s Life Cycle for an orderly path to permanency. 1. Cultivate leadership.
2. Assess your service idea’s capacity.

4. Obtain financial and other physical resources.
5. Develop your service providers.
6. Train your staff and plan for succession.
