Mike Gunderloy, an independent consultant and developer in eastern Washington, is coauthor of Mastering SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server Developer’s Guide to OLAP with Analysis Services, and author of Visual Basic Developer’s Guide to ADO, all from Sybex.
