41x17 cm. Original 1/2 leather with marbled boards, well worn, small hole on front cover. 288 pp. Ledger in a fine, clean hand for a store in southeastern New Hampshire. There is no direct evidence of the location for the store, but there are several entries for the Town of Lebanon. There is a label on the front endpaper for Loyd A. Goodwin, a Druggist and Bookseller in Great Falls, New Hampshire, making it extremely likely that it is from nearby Lebanon. The entries are generally for groceries, including tobacco, fish, flour, etc., and some supplies for farms.
