The circumstances and details of meetings may greatly vary, but He will always Open the windows of heaven upon those who bring all their tithes into His store. House; He will be found in living power by those who seek His face; He will manifest Himself to those who keep His commandments, not in the oldness of the letter, but in the newness of love.
