About the Author
Michael Rothstein is the founder and president of Automated System Processes Corporation, a company involved in the development of proprietary software for Year 2000 conversions. His author credits include the previous two editions of this bestseller, as well as three other books on various aspects of systems analysis, programming, and information technology. A former data processing professional at Univac, IBM, and Motorola, Mr. Rothstein has also been an independent consultant to such clients as Citibank, Metropolitan Life, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. He is based in Forest Hills, NY.
