About the Author
Donald E. Simonds is a training and organizational development consultant. For over thirty years, Don has trained thousands of people across all industries. He has accredited trainers to teach proprietary programs, designed and delivered course materials in a wide variety of subjects, and produced audio-visual materials in all media. Mr. Simonds has been a guest lecturer at UCLA, UC Irvine, Austin Community College, The University of Texas at Austin, and has given presentations at local and regional conferences for the American Society for Training and Development and the National Speakers Association. In conjunction with his consulting practice, he is an adjunct professor at Collin College where this is the text book for the Supervisory Management Certificate Series.
