Both Shana (Tulane) and Henry (Indiana Bloomington) made law review based on their first-year grades and graduated in the top three percent of their respective classes. They both earned judicial clerkships with federal appellate judges and went on to join a prominent law firm. While in law school, Shana worked as consultant to Julia Roberts and director Alan J. Pakula on the film The Pelican Brief. After becoming a partner with one of California s oldest law firms, Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP), Henry joined the faculty of Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California, in 2005.
