Fair condition brown leather hard cover. All corners but the back top are exposed, the bottom boards are partially exposed coming from the corners. Soiling to the cover, front, back, and spine. There is also a partial puncture on the front. The interior has some soiling as well as notation and lining on the text, there is also two pages of new code pasted to pages in the back, at least on page had text under the new paper. The front two free end pages in the front are only attached to the cover hinge. There is soiling on the text block and the binding loose. A comprehensive book on the Civil codes and Acts in Colorado State in 1877. This book was published just one year after the States officially founding meaning this book was published as a guide to how the Civil Courts worked in Colorado, no doubt used to pass the States bar exam.
