About this Item

Definitely a reprint, as this book was originally published in 1898, and at least one book listed on the back of the jacket was published in 1922. Fair condition. Jacket is there, but fragile. Text is solid. Written by a good author who is largely forgotten. Further digging tells that this book was one of a series of "yellow jackets" published in the 1920's. They were inexpensive reprints.

I can not honestly say we specialize in a certain author, or certain subject matter. I will say we have a lot of science fiction, and a lot of mysteries, a lot of them from certain authors. Now I need to sell some books to make room for the ones I would like to move in. I estimate that in about another fifty years or so the books on our shelves will be such that I will be unable to bear to sell them.
