The Adam and Eve Diet

Most diets are known to be unsuccessful. Leading naturopath Roderick Lane's pioneering Adam and Eve Diet is different - it works because it targets your individual evolutionary type and works in harmony with the body's specific needs. The principle is simple. We each belong to one of five body types - Hunter Gatherer, Pioneer, Pathfinder, Farmer and Dancer. Our type governs our physique and has its own dietary requirements, so treating your body to the best nourishment for its type will reward you with the best possible health. Determine your own body type with The Adam and Eve Diet, and discover: The most effective natural diet for your evolutionary type / What, when and where to eat / How to adapt for stress and life changes / Invaluable recipes and menus for a healthier, happier, slimmer you.
