About the Author
Chicka Elloy is a former camper, camp director and now provides camps and global organizations with leadership training & consulting in staff engagement and development. Raised and educated in Australia, Chicka earned his University Degrees in Education before moving to California to work and lead the internationally renowned accelerated learning organization: SuperCamp - an accredited American Camp Association summer camp. Over the last decade, Chicka has impacted programs in over 30 US states and 10+ countries involving over 50,000 students and 200+ organizations. His interactive workshops, keynotes and playful consultation keeps learning intentional as he designs participant experiences for application (under his program direction, SuperCamp was mentioned by the White House). Chicka now works as the Global Manager of Leadership Development for a leading company in corporate travel management. He educates 13,000 internal employees in 94 countries. In addition Chicka was voted 2012/13 Best Daddy Blogger by Parents Magazine. He has written for USA Today Education, was featured in Target's first virtual runway show and has appeared as a parent expert on Huff Post Live.
