He was holding responsibilities of r&d head, vice principal in his previous assignments and he has got an international experience of 1 year worked in nigeria as lecturer-coordinator at university of uyo. His industry experience includes holding positions like senior manager - education & training at pentagon global solutions-chennai, academics head at aptech limited-chennai, hod for department of management. He had conducted several communication and personality development workshops in various institutes. He is a holder of a patent and authored more than 25 publications in indexed, national level and international journals.
