Adherence on Appeal in the Bolivian Code of Civil Procedure: Comparative study in the Andean Community

The application of adhesion in the appeal in civil procedural matters, since it is not clearly prescribed in the Bolivian Code of Civil Procedure, implies adopting one of the theories on adhesive appeal for its implementation in the jurisdictional organ.The research focuses on determining what problems will be generated in judicial practice if the doctrine that the Code of Civil Procedure will follow on the adhesion to the appeal or adhesive appeal is not established and what solutions have been given in the jurisprudence of the States Parties of the Andean Community.
