Front spine edge has an approx. 2 1/2" tear which extends an approx. 1" onto the front cover. The lower 1 1/2" of spine is a loose flap. There is light wear to the upper spine end. The front cover has a chip to the lower spine corner. Rear cover is missing approx. 1 3/8" of paper from the upper margin. Some outer corners are creased. ; Approx. 5 1/4" wide by 7 3/8".
