Slight bumping to corners, two small tears to back cover not affecting contents, otherwise very good. The Surrey Development Plan had taken considerable time between its submission in 1953 and Government approval in 1958. The Town Maps (12 in total) were left to be drawn up later; this assessment of Dorking was one of them. Lots of interesting detail about the town and its potential development.
