Add to basketA rash of rapes and murders have New York City's streets terrified of a madman. The police are frantic to get this monster off the streets. Adrian is a mentally and emotionally disturbed man who finds himself as the prime suspect. Fortunately, he finds shelter with people that he can trust. Although he doesn't know why the police are after him, he is not totally convinced that his illness has not caused him to commit these heinous crimes.
In order to maintain what sanity he has left, he embarks on his own search for this madman, who seems to be following his footsteps. Could his illness have progressed to such intensity that he commits these murders and not remember? He is forced to dig deep inside to release the darkness and use his disabilities to his advantage. By utilizing his mental state, he holds the key to finding a mad killer. He must muster the strength and determination to open up the darkness in order to save lives, including his own.
With his new found power, also comes severe consequences. He is mentally and physically battered to only a shell of a man. Only a man with no morals can survive.
Eighteen months ago, his treatment changed again. This time, he has remained healhy ever since. He then wrote a book, published it and started a buisness. He now lives a happy life with his wife and dog on the west coast of Canada. The author plans to continue writing as a future carreer. He is currently writing his second novel.
Mr. Schnerch is a strong advocate for people who have mental disabilities. That is why he is donating partial proceeds of the sale of his novel to his local mental health charities.
