Rong Cao, PhD, is Director of the Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter (FJIRM) and Director of the Institute of Urban Environment at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He received his doctorate in Chemical Physics from the FJIRM, CAS.
