Eriona Çela - EditorDr. Eriona Çela is a distinguished academic currently serving as a Full-Time Professor at the University of New York Tirana, where she is a member of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences in the Department of Psychology. She earned her Ph.D. in Teaching Methodology of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) from the University of Bari "Aldo Moro" in Italy, enhancing her extensive background in language education, which includes earlier degrees in English Language and Law from the University of Tirana and Business Academy College in Albania. Dr. Çela's research interests are broad and interdisciplinary, focusing on Business English, Teaching Methodology, ESP, Academic Writing, Higher Education, Plagiarism, and European Integration among others. She is well-versed in teaching a range of subjects including Academic Writing, ESL, Business English, and Legal English. She also has significant expertise in translating legal, business, and educational documents. Her academic experience spans several respected institutions, including previous roles as an Assistant Professor at the University of Luarasi, University of Elbasan "Aleksandër Xhuvani", University of Tirana, and University of Durrës "Aleksandër Moisiu". In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Çela has held significant administrative positions within the Albanian Ministry of Education and Sport, where she contributed to integration, coordination, and project feasibility. Dr. Çela is active in the academic community as a member and managing editor of various editorial boards, including those for the European Journal of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, and the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management. Her contributions to conferences and scholarly journals are numerous, underscoring her commitment to advancing research and practice in her fields of expertise. She also brings practical insights into her teaching and research from her experiences as a trainer and higher education expert involved in quality assurance and educational reforms in Albania. Mathias Mbu Fonkam is a distinguished Associate Professor at the Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology. With a rich background in computer science and systems engineering, Dr. Fonkam's academic and professional journey is marked by significant contributions to both academia and the software industry. Dr. Fonkam earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cardiff University, where he also completed his Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Engineering. His scholarly work is complemented by industry certifications, including Sun Certified Programmer on the Java II Platform and multiple certifications from IBM's Cognitivelabs.ai in areas such as Data Science, Blockchain Technologies, and Cryptocurrencies. Professionally, Dr. Fonkam has an extensive record of academic leadership and innovation. Before his current role at Penn State University, he served as the Dean and Associate Professor at the American University of Nigeria (AUN). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the development of the University's open-source ERP system and its learning management system, CANVAS. His efforts in curriculum development and the implementation of graduate programs significantly advanced AUN's educational offerings. Dr. Fonkam's contributions extend beyond administrative leadership. He has been actively involved in the Nigerian academic community, participating in committees for the National Universities Commission (NUC) to develop new computing degree programs and accreditations. His international experience includes roles at Albany State University, St. Joseph's University, and as a visiting professor in Brazil, enhancing his global perspective on education in computer science and engineering. A prolific researcher and educator, Dr. Fonkam's interests span various aspects of computer science, including open-source software development, AI, data science, machine learning, and blockchain technology. His publications and conference presentations address a wide range of topics from systems dynamics to the application of ICTs in crisis management. Narasimha Rao Vajjhala is working as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at the University of New York Tirana, Albania. He is a senior member of ACM and IEEE. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM). He is also a member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has over 20 years of experience teaching programming and database-related courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels in Europe and Africa. He has also worked as a consultant in technology firms in Europe and has experience participating in EU-funded projects. He has supervised several undergraduate senior design projects and graduate theses. He has completed a Doctorate in Information Systems and Technology (United States); holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applications (India), and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems (Switzerland), and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science (India).
