Adventures Aboard Rick's Place is a story of a solo sailor, based on the author's adventures, both real and imagined.

Follow Rick through his carefree youth and then later in life as a series of events leave him jobless and wondering just what comes next. The reader will live vicariously through this charming landlubber turned sailor as he realizes everybody's dream of escaping the rat race and sailing off into the sunset.

About the Author

Terry J. Kotas and his wife Heidi began sailing in 1978 and have been liveaboards for over 30 years, half of those with their daughter, Carly. Terry's three books are based on their travels through the South Pacific, the first voyage was aboard Cassiopeia, which they built from a bare hull. Currently they are enjoying Mexico's Sea of Cortez aboard Cetus, along with their boat cat Rosie, and planning their next adventure.
