About the Author

Dr. James Yogadhi Weldon, is a spiritual visionary, teacher, health educator and author. From the age of five, he had unusual spiritual and sometimes frightening flashbacks & nightmares impossible to ignore. Drawn into this inner dimension of his life these memories gradually became stronger resulting in an empathy for others suffering. Family losses drove him to search for deeper answers and caused a turbulent youth. At the age of twenty-one and began teaching meditation and other advanced knowledge from 1972 to thousands of individuals in the United States and other countries around the world. During this time, he was a founder and co-founder of three spiritual communities, retreat centers and a chain of holistic health clinics. James/Yogadhi and his wife Lynn/Rama also later in book 2 become founding members and teachers for the Art of Living Foundation and Prison Smart Foundation and its inspiration Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. This amazing nonprofit and it many growing branches are now one of the largest Unites Nations All Volunteer Charitable Service NGO's in the world. By 2018 over 350 million people have benefited from their many programs. In 2008 Dr. Weldon began to chronicle his spiritual insights and experiences and then gradually share his personal adventure story of gradually Living the Enlightened Life.
