Huge and gigantic killer waves engulfs and encroaches the sea-shore and create havoc and destruction throughout the coastal lines.Recent Tsunami has proved it well. The killer waves have mercilessly ravaged the entire coastal belt of South- eastern Asia. Those huge gigantic waves appeared like unchained demons which caused death and destruction everywhere. Many died, many were devoured by the angry and hungry sea. But some were miraculously saved. Such is the story of an amazing little boy, who was swayed off by these killer-waves and got separated from his parents. He was on a broken wooden door in the sea of uncertainty. What would happen to him, nobody knows. The angry waves might devour him or he might escape death. His fate was dwindling in the waves of the turbulent sea. Could he brave the rough sea It would be interesting to observe what destiny has in store for this tiny soul. How would he be able to live in this alien sea shore. I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the existing business relationships with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought.
