About the Author

It all began for me with ballet at the age of 4. From there, I delved deep into gymnastics, dance, Pilates, yoga and eventually found my truest passion in the world of aerial arts. That passion has blossomed into a successful career including the operation of two Los Angeles based Aerial Physique studios, an international clothing line, two Aerial Silks instructional books, Aerial Physique TV and a YouTube Channel. I wake each day with gratitude and appreciation and am thankful to teach people from all over the world, the art of aerial. Art is colorful, vibrant, expressive and authentic. Watching the thousands of students I’ve taught transform into breathtaking aerial artists, is what inspired me to develop this coloring book. This coloring book features images of myself along with some of my students, who’ve become instructors under my teacher training program and are simply beautiful doing what they love.
