The exterior of this VG book is square, very clean, with no corner bumps or edge dings, and head and heel of the spine which have only the merest of bumps. All edges are free of bumps and all edges are free of wear. The interior is pristine: except for an inked name on the front paste down and a pencil scrawled name on the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains and page damage. Paper is mildly toned and still very flexible and the hinges are strong. The G+ jacket has tiny chips at the front corners and small chips at the head and heel of the spine; but there is a very noticeable 4" tear that originates at the heel of the spine and goes into the airplane on the front panel.
