Aether And Matter: A Development Of The Dynamical Relations Of The Aether To Material Systems On The Basis Of The Atomic Constitution Of Matter (1900)

Aether and Matter is a scientific book written by Joseph Larmor in 1900. The book explores the relationship between the aether and material systems based on the atomic constitution of matter. Larmor delves into the dynamics of the aether and its interactions with matter, providing a detailed analysis of the atomic structure of matter and its behavior in relation to the aether. He also discusses the implications of his findings for the theory of relativity and the nature of electromagnetic radiation. The book is considered a seminal work in the field of physics and is still referenced today in modern research. It is recommended for readers interested in the history and development of physics, as well as those interested in the fundamental principles of matter and energy.Including A Discussion Of The Influence Of The Earths Motion On Optical Phenomena. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
