Embossed with the Presidential Seal on front cover, and features Will Farrell as Buddy the Elf on the cover. The pamphlet lists available onboard entertainment for the presidential aircraft. An uncommon piece of modern presidential and White House travel ephemera. In December 2004, Air Force One carried President George W. Bush on several domestic and international trips. The month began with his return from Canada after stops in Ottawa, Gatineau, and Halifax. He later traveled to Philadelphia for the Army-Navy game. He also visited Miramar and Camp Pendleton in California. The month ended with travel to the Bush Ranch in Crawford, Texas.
