About the Author
Norm Goyer is the editor of Custom Planes magazine and senior editor of Private Pilot Magazine and past editor of Air Progress, Scale R/C Modeler, Sport Pilot, Affordable Flying and various Ultralight Special Edition magazines. A resident of Apple Valley, California, he is a commercial pilot with single and multiengine, instrument, seaplane, and glider ratings. He has flown every type of aircraft from B-52s to balloons and operated four FBOs in Southern California.
