"Alcohol Was Not Involved" FBI Special Agents Roger Dance and Paul Casey track a cold-blooded serial killer that is terrorizing the Notre Dame community of South Bend and leaving a blood soaked trail all the way to New Orleans. Beautiful women are being murdered and dumped like trash along the highways. The mysterious killer's body count keeps rising and Roger's time has run out. This gripping crime thriller trilogy bubbles with a web of evil plots until it reaches a full boil of criminals and law enforcement pegged against each other in a final showdown. A paranormal element in the story introduces 'almost' angels assigned to help Roger obtain justice. This novel is a roller coaster of horror and humor that speeds forward until the end of the trilogy. About the Author
Over our years of friendship we have discovered that we each have a unique opinion on the afterlife. We do agree that it is a comforting thought that angels may be among us. If so, it seems only logical there may be a learning curve in passing. We are hopeful that as flawed mortals, new angels are given a great deal of patient training. This premise is a humorous secondary story line in our books. The staff at the bar gave us the nickname, "The Shallow End Gals." This stems from our choice to always sit at the short 'L' of the bar at lunch time. We think the name refers to the fact that there are fewer stools at this end. The full group meets two or three times a week. The conversations often resemble some bizarre internet search engine. Some of us don't hear as well as we used to. It was suggested we should write a book or seek professional help. We chose the books. We hope you enjoy your visit to the Shallow End.
