With four original Aldine specimen leaves, from: Aristotle (1497), Crastonus's Dictionarium Graecum (1497), Euripedes (1503), and the Septuagint (1518). (A second edition of this work was issued by Fordham University Press in 1992, but does not include specimen leaves.) Designed by Stephen Harvard; printed and bound by Meriden-Stinehour Press. Original prospectus with typed letter signed from Herman Cohen (proprietor of the Chiswick Bookshop) laid in. One of 200 copies only. A fine copy of a beautiful book production. Chalmers 184.
