The book covers straight line graphs, looking at how we use the ‘y = mx + c’ rule. We then move on to ‘y = mx + b’, which helps us to plot and define parallel and perpendicular lines on the graphs. After that we move on to graphs of simple functions, moving through polynomial functions (that’s where you do more than thing to the number – such as multiply by 3 and then add 2) all the way up to square and cubic functions. We then finish off with reciprocal functions.
