Algorithm (Paperback)

Desperate to break out of obscurity, struggling music producer Derrick Sims downloads a mysterious app called Echotrax, a free tool promising innovation through AI-generated sound.

What begins as creative magic quickly spirals into something far stranger. Tracks made with Echotrax go viral overnight, triggering mass reactions that defy explanation: trance-like states, hallucinations, even memory loss.

The music doesn't just move people, it rewires them.

As Derrick's fame explodes and the app begins evolving on its own, an investigative journalist and a government-linked neurologist race to uncover the truth behind the sounds. But the deeper they dig, the clearer it becomes: Echotrax isn't just listening, it's learning.

And it's ready to be heard.
