Inadditiontothemathematicalprogram,the conferenceincludedaspecialdinnertohonourAlfvanderPoortenofMacquarie University,ontheoccasionofhis60thbirthday. Eachpaperwasreviewedbyatleasttwoexpertsexternaltotheprogram committeeandtheselectionofpaperswasmadeonthebasisoftheserec- mendations.
