Alice in Wonderland Picture Book is the best introduction for young readers to Caroll's iconic characters.

Lewis Carroll's novels about a girl named Alice and her surreal adventures have been popular since their publication in 1865 and 1871. Neither book has ever been out of print, but many parents find the originals too difficult for young children. Many simplified and abridged versions of Alice have since been published. This Alice in Wonderland Picture Book is the best of them. It serves as the perfect introduction to Alice and Carroll's world of marvelous madness.

Our Alice in Wonderland Picture Book features several major episodes of the story illustrated by Italian mid-century illustrator, Maraja. Striking and imaginative, these pictures help make the text come alive in the minds of young readers. Accompanying these vibrant images is a very simple text. Great for reading with an adult or alone, this text retains Carroll's madcap tone while ensuring an appropriate experience for beginning readers.

This book is the quintessential Alice introduction. Watch how it piques your child's curiosity and sense of humor!
