Most of us don't realize God created us with our own unique, personal identity. As a result, we will not experience the freedom and quality of life we were promised. Your personal name was never intended to be hidden because it describes your True Identity, but you have been deceived. It’s time to replace your false identities of fear, anxiety, guilt and shame because living in your True Identity is the only way for you to become Alive and Free! This book will show you why you were uniquely created and how to discover that unique name that God calls only you. "Imagine this. You were born a prisoner, confined to an old, dark, filthy jail. It’s where you call home and spend your entire life. However, once you commit to follow Jesus, something incredible happened: He handed you the key to release that lock that had kept you trapped. You were immediately emancipated from your bondage! But on your way out the Bully screams and you stop. He reminds you of your false identities. Doubt creeps in and you question the unknown ahead of you.Where will I go?You look around. You get scared and panic. Instead of continuing forward to follow Jesus to freedom, you just freeze. Confused, you turn and look behind you back into your old, dark cell. There is nothing compelling to draw you back but it is familiar and known. The Bully keeps yelling at you. Dejected, you reverse your course and return. You enter, shut the door behind you and remove the key from the lock. You hold on to it tightly. As you sit back down and look out through the jail cell bars into a world of potential freedom, deep down you know where you truly belong. Your false identities are powerful and they are not going to allow you to leave. You justify, I still have the key so I can come and go as I please, right? Isn’t this key my authorization to freedom? As you stare at your hand, don’t I finally have the control I seek? You can justify all you want, you moved around a little but you ended up in the same place. This isn’t life nor freedom."It’s time for you to toss that prison key, leave your old jail cell and run towards God where you can discover your true identity. It is there that He will transform your life so you can truly become Alive & Free!
