Add to basketA web of ethical choices connects Canada, Egypt, and Greece in this thought-provoking literary novel.
Victor makes an ethical commitment, and the reverberations of that choice surface across continents. From a Montreal lecture hall to an Alexandria detention center, from the catacombs of Kom el-Shoqafa to the ports of Piraeus, an overlapping narrative questions current allegiances and the history of rational law. This compelling story explores the complexities of modern identity and the weight of personal responsibility.
