Mat Edwards draws inspiration from the things he sees in daily life. As a student, he won a four-year art apprenticeship where he learned a variety of skills from mapmakers, engravers, and other tremendously skilled artists. Since then, his talent and eye for detail has remained constant, while his techniques have evolved. Whether using traditional materials or digital methods, he enjoys bringing well-arranged blobs of paint and pixels to life.
