Syed Ejaz Hussain is Professor of History, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan. He was ICCR Chair of Indian Studies to the University of West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago in 2015 - 16 and has published two monographs: Bengal Sultanate: Politics, Economy and Coins (AD 1205 - 1576) (2003) and Shiraz-i Hind: A History of Jaunpur Sultanate (2017). He also has three edited volumes and a number of research articles to his credit.

Sanjay Garg is Director, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India in Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan (Astana). His publications include Monetary Foundations of the Raj (2019); S.H. Hodivala's Studies in Indo-Muslim History: A Critical Commentary on Elliot and Dowson's History of India as told by its own Historians, & Yule and Burnell's Hobson-Jobson, 2 vols. (2018); Historical Studies in Mughal Mint-Towns and Other Essays (2014); and The Sikka and the Raj: A History of Currency Legislations of the East India Company, 1772 - 1835 (2013).
