I Can!

Isabella — known as "Bella" to her friends and family — absolutely loves hula hooping, but when the school's team for the inaugural hula hooping competition is named, she's crushed to learn that her name is missing from the list.

Crushed, Bella wonders if it makes sense to keep trying when she has already been rejected. Will Bella give up on her dream of being an expert hula hooper? Or will she live up to the proverb, "If at first you don't succeed, try and try again"?

This bright, colourfully-illustrated book will help children aged 8-12 to learn whether hard work and dedication really are the keys to success. The paperback version contains fun, age-appropriate activities that reinforce grammar, mathematics, and other lessons.
