Pamphlet written in the unruly year 1748 when Dutch citizens turned against the elite and demanded fairer taxation and more help from stadhouder Willem IV. this pamphlet notes that the "schutters" should protect the people in stead of shooting at them as was ordained in 1618 in their oath.
