This book is a testimony of how the author, Valeria Edmonds, found a way to manage a full-time career and raise two awesome kids.

Valeria Saulsberry Edmonds earned a BBA at the University of Memphis and an MBA at Howard University. Over the last 25 years, Valeria Edmonds has had a variety of assignments as global HR business partner across different organizations within ExxonMobil Corporation. She has been actively involved with employee support networks within the company where she leverages her passion for mentoring young professionals and coaching leadership talent. She also has experience training and developing supervisors who are on the frontline of talent development and engagement. In 2012, Valeria was certified as a leadership coach at Georgetown University. However, her most important job has always been as a mother to her two kids.
