Amazon Ops (Paperback or Softback)

The global drug trade is expanding, and the frontlines have shifted to the southern nation of Brazil. A seasoned team of CSIS operatives find themselves in an unknown territory, an unfamiliar land, which gives a new perfidious player the upper hand, as they branch out from the shadows. Still reeling from the traumatising events of the past month, the team is emotionally drained, mentally fractured and anything but ready. But the criminal world didn’t wait, and neither did the looming threat spreading from Brazilian borders onto Canadian soil.

Joining efforts with Brazil's intelligence unit, the agents are thrust into an initially simplistic operation: a meeting with a powerful new drug overlord. What begins as a strategic confrontation spirals downwards into a deadly game of deceit, loyalty and mere survival. With alliances shifting and trust nowhere to be found, every move may be their last. And for some it is…

With corruption, violence and uncertainty all at play, this espionage thriller digs deep into the cost of duty. This tale explores the struggle of choosing awareness over blissful ignorance, finding clarity amidst the unceasing chaos, and reclaiming strength after profoundly life-shattering loss. For the agents of CSIS, this mission is more than a measly operation — it’s a reckoning. A chance for revival.
