Athanasios Vasilakos is a professor in the Department of Special Education, University of Thessaly, Greece. He holds an M.Sc. in computer engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a PhD. in computer engineering from the University of Patras, Greece.
Witold Pedrycz is Canada Research Chair and professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta. He earned his M.Sc. and PhD. in computer engineering and D.Sc. in systems engineering, all from the Silesian University of Technology, Poland. He is also with the Polish Academy of Sciences.
